With the much loved Agyness Deyn acting as clotheshorse, print label Slices London
could not ask for a better advertisement for its rich, unique fabrics.
Australian born graphic designer and artist Graz Darken launched Slices London
last year. (The designer has lived in North London for a decade, hence the 'Slices London' connection.)
Using cashmere and silk as canvases, the designer depicts antique microscopic slices of past plant, human, insect and mineral specimens.
Fans include singer Bjork who has worn a one-off Slices dress designed by Katy England and model and actress Agyness Deyn (above) who chose to wear Slices for her West End debut as Paula in The Leisure Society.
