Fashion Editor was recently off work sick (don't ever have your tonsils removed) and to beat the boredom she tried to learn how to crochet. How blooming on trend of her!
Both Christopher Kane and Henry Holland sent the traditional craft of crocheting down the runway this week so that's it, I've decided, I'm definitely going to stick at the crocheting! After five weeks trying to teach myself online through videos and blogs, I gave up but now these two collection's have inspired me to dig out those balls of wool once more.

A little bit behind Henry Holland's crochet collection. Chatting to a friend of his this week I discovered that when Henry decided he wanted to use the crochet technique in his collection, he struggled to find someone to tackle the craft for him. He even asked a granny in her nineties if she'd do it for him because it's such a dying art, younger people just don't know how to do it. So here you are people - just goes to prove that crafts like crocheting need to be passed on down the generations.
